랑그독 페즈나 마을의 전통 포도원입니다. 

해발 100~140m에 위치해 상시 바람이 불어 

포도나무의 병충해를 막을 수 있으며, 

유기농법을 통해 자연 친화적인 재배 방식을 고수합니다.

철저한 발효 과정, 낮은 온도 유지, 유산 발효의 유연한 적용 

등으로 풍미와 향을 극대화하는 진보된 양조 철학을 실천하고 있습니다.

CHÂTEAU LA FONT DES ORMES is a traditional vineyard established in the 15th century in the village of Pézenas, Languedoc.

Located at an altitude of 100 to 140 meters, the estate benefits from a constant breeze that shields the vines from pests and diseases.

Through organic farming, it remains faithful to an eco-conscious cultivation philosophy that respects the balance of nature.

With a meticulous fermentation process, careful temperature control,

and a flexible application of malolactic fermentation,

the winery embodies a progressive winemaking philosophy that enhances both flavor and aroma to their fullest expression.
